Refund policy

Returns, refunds and damages. 

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you may return eligible items within the timeframe below.

Return Period
You have the right to cancel your order and return items within 14 days of receiving your goods, in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. We also offer an extended return period of 30 days for unused items in resellable condition.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and in original packaging
• In resellable condition
• Returned within the stated timeframe

Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:

• Personalised or custom-made products

Refunds

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days of receiving your return
• Original delivery charges are refunded only if the item is faulty or incorrect
• You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty

How to Return

1. Email us at info@lockwoodandrose.co.uk with your order number and reason for return
2. We will provide return instructions and a return address
3. Package your item securely and send it back using a tracked service
4. Keep your proof of postage until your refund is processed

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund to get this resolved.
